If you submit an application to us in accordance with the procedures and principles set out in this form, your requests will be concluded free of charge, as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

CLARIFICATION TEXT
This application form has been prepared in order to evaluate and finalize your application, to establish your relationship with our Company, to respond to the requests contained in your application, to identify you as a data subject, and to be able to respond correctly and within the statutory time limit to your application. Our Company reserves the right to request additional information and documents (a copy of your ID card or driver’s license, etc.) for the purposes of identity and authority verification and evaluation of the application.
It is required that the information and documents relating to the requests you submit within your application be provided by an authorized person and be accurate and up to date. In the event of an unauthorized application, or where it is determined that the information provided is not accurate or up to date, our Company will bear no responsibility, and reserves the right to reject the application in such a case.
The information and documents specified in and submitted with this form will be processed by our Company solely for the purposes of evaluating, responding to and finalizing the application in accordance with Article 13 of the Law. Information obtained within the scope of this form and application may be collected in writing, verbally, electronically or physically.
